About Salt Range Co. – Mine-Direct Himalayan Salt from Maryland

About Us

Salt Range Co. brings Himalayan salt straight from the source to your wall. We import rock salt mined at Khewra, in Pakistan's Salt Range — one of the oldest and largest salt mines in the world — and stock it at our own warehouse in Hanover, Maryland, where every order is packed and shipped.

Who we are

Salt Range Co. is operated by Blackfin LLC, a Maryland limited liability company. We are importers and sellers — not a marketplace or drop-shipper. The salt you order is already in our warehouse, and the people answering your call or email are the same people who pack your order.

Mine-direct, no middlemen

Because we import our own salt, we control how it is cut, checked and packed. Every brick, tile, lamp and lick is natural rock salt, so color and veining vary from piece to piece — that is what makes a salt wall glow.

What we make

Pink salt bricks (8" x 4" x 2") for saunas, salt rooms and feature walls
Khewra Pink salt tiles and Light salt tiles (8" x 4" x 1") — our Light tiles are hand-selected from the lightest salt, with soft pink hues, for brighter backlit walls
DIY salt wall kits with salt, Salt Adhesive and LED lighting
The Chef's Slab cooking block, The Dome salt lamp, dual-slab foot warmers and livestock salt licks
